Peter is an experienced publisher having held executive positions at Heinemann Educational Books, and Harper Collins. Prior to launching IEDP in 2004, Peter was Publishing Director at Kogan Page, the UK’s foremost independent business book publisher.
Patrick leads business development at IEDP Ideas for Leaders. Prior to setting-up IEDP, Patrick was Head of Business Development at Kogan Page. In the early 1990’s Patrick created one of the first MBA guides ‘Which MBA’.

Mark is responsible for managing client relationships. Mark has 20 years’ experience working for organizations including Aon Hewitt, Barclays Bank and American Express, with a specialism in Business Operations and HR program delivery, both ‘in-house’ and as an independent consultant.
Susann oversees the content creation and administration at Ideas for Leaders, as well as its social media presence. She holds a Business Management with Marketing degree from Edinburgh Napier University and is currently enrolled in a Master Business Administration with a specialisation in strategy at the University of Amsterdam. Chris is a published writer and a former strategic consultant and journalist. He has contributed articles to several business magazines. Chris was editor, then editor-in-chief of Soundview Executive Book Summaries from 1994 to 2006.
Habiba is an experienced business editor. She was Senior Editor at GMB Publishing Ltd., is a graduate of Brunel University, London, and holds an LLM in International Commercial Law.
Tom is the former editor of Director magazine, the journal of the Institute of Directors. He continues to write for the IoD, as well as for two other professional institutes, and for IEDP’s Developing Leaders magazine.

Caroline Passmore is a freelance editor and writer with 25 years’ experience in publishing. She is a former special reports editor of advertising trade paper Campaign and a former production editor of Financial Times surveys.
